Random Number Generator
Random Number Generator generates random numbers between a minimum and a maximum, free and in your browser. You set the range, choose whether repeats are allowed, and generate the numbers.

Random numbers are used for draws, for picking names, for games, for testing, and for shuffling a list. Generating them by hand, or by picking numbers that feel random, tends to favour familiar numbers and patterns, which is not truly random. A generator uses the browser's random number source, which gives a much fairer spread across the range you choose.
This tool is for everyday random picks, not for security purposes such as passwords or cryptography. For passwords, use the Password Generator, and for security keys, use a tool designed for that purpose, because everyday random numbers are not the same as cryptographically secure random numbers.
Privacy: this tool runs entirely in your browser — no upload, no signup, and your files never leave your device.
Generate random numbers inside your chosen range — for a lucky draw, picking teams, OTP-style practice or any selection.

Frequently asked questions
How do I generate a random number between 1 and 100?
Enter 1 as the minimum and 100 as the maximum, then generate. The tool will pick a number in that range at random, and every number in the range has an equal chance of being picked.
What does unique numbers mean?
Unique means no number will repeat in the result. If you ask for more unique numbers than exist in the range, the tool cannot fill the request, so either allow repeats or widen the range.
Are the numbers truly random?
They are random enough for draws, games, and everyday picks, because they come from your browser's random number source. They are not designed for cryptography or security, where a different kind of random number is needed.
Are my generated numbers uploaded or saved?
No. Generation happens in your browser only. Nothing is sent to a server and nothing is saved after you close the page.
