Write Text on Photo puts a big, clear headline directly on an image — the style used for YouTube thumbnails, posters and quote photos. The text gets a dark outline, so it stays readable even on busy or bright backgrounds.
How long should the text be?
Short wins: 3–5 large words are readable at a glance, especially on thumbnails that appear small on phones. If viewers must zoom in to read it, the text is too long or too small.
Will the text stay readable on a bright photo?
Yes — the dark outline around each letter separates the text from the background. A bold colour like yellow or white, with the outline, gives the strongest contrast.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The Write Text on Photo runs entirely in your browser — your file is processed on your own device and is never sent to ToolNest or anywhere else. Close the tab and everything is cleared.
