SVG to PNG converts a vector SVG file — or pasted SVG code — into a regular PNG image at exactly the pixel size you choose. SVGs are perfect for logos and icons, but many apps, forms and older tools cannot use them; a PNG works everywhere.
Why convert at a large size?
PNG is a pixel format — once converted, enlarging it later blurs. Convert at the largest size you might need (for example 1024px or more for a logo); shrinking a big PNG afterwards is always safe.
My SVG has a transparent background. Will the PNG keep it?
Yes — PNG supports transparency, and the transparent parts of the SVG stay transparent in the PNG, which is exactly what you want for logos and stickers.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The SVG to PNG runs entirely in your browser — your file is processed on your own device and is never sent to ToolNest or anywhere else. Close the tab and everything is cleared.
